Assist the Foster Grandparent Director in the development and administration iof the program. Must be able to interpret standards and program goals to worksites and community group/organization. Evaluates capabilities of worksites to achieve goals, considering such factors as administration, facilities, and changing community needs. May organize or conduct training. Help in establishing new affiliates.
Bachelors Degree, Human Services background with some experience working with senior population. Candidate must have a car. Program operated throughtout the counties of Dutchess, Ulster, Orange, and Sullivan. Two days are required in the Central Administration Office in Elmsford, NY
