Beginning on July 1st, WestCOP’s Victims Assistance Services added a new Chat/Text Option. Available on the WestCOP website,, this new communication option is a HIPAA-compliant live chat and two-way texting.

Available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Just click on the blue icon at the bottom right corner of the VAS program page or the page.
