JOB DESCRIPTION: The Case Manager reports to the Area Director and helps develop and operate local programs. The Case Manager makes contact with community residents and assists in mobilizing local resources. Also coordinates programs in conjunction with the Area Director.
LOCATIONS: Mount Vernon, Tarrytown, Ossining, Peekskill, New Rochelle, Greenburgh/Elmsford, Eastchester, White Plains, Putnam County, Spring Valley, and Haverstraw
