Eastchester Community Action Partnership (E.C.A.P.)
ECAP, located at 142 Main Street, Tuckahoe, NY 10707, is a component of WestCOP whose mission is to mobilize, and efficiently manage resources through partnerships and collaborations that will assist the low-income and at-risk populations in the Tuckahoe, Eastchester and Bronxville areas; thus achieving greater self-sufficiency. We have both English and Spanish speaking employees.
