Tarrytown Community Opportunity Center, located at 105 Wildey Street, Tarrytown, NY 10591, is a component of WESTCOP whose mission is to mobilize, and efficiently manage resources through partnership and collaboration that will assist the low-income and at risk populations in the Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow and Ossining areas; thus achieving greater self-sufficiency.

- provide direct services to individuals who have nowhere to turn
