Putnam Community Action Partnership
Putnam CAP, located at 121 Main Street in Brewster, is a component program of WestCOP. Our mission is to mobilize and efficiently manage resources through partnerships and collaborations that will assist the low-income and at-risk populations in Putnam County to achieve greater self-sufficiency.
