Ossining Community Action Program
Ossining CAP, located at 81 Croton Avenue, 2nd Floor, Ossining, NY 10562, is a component program of WestCOP. Our mission is to mobilize and efficiently manage resources through partnerships and collaborations that will assist the low-income and at-risk populations in Putnam County to achieve greater self-sufficiency.
