White Plains Community Action Partnership

WPCAP located at the Madison House, 70 Ferris Avenue, White Plains, New York 10603, is a component of WestCOP whose mission is to mobilize and efficiently manage resources through partnerships and collaborations that will assist the low-income and at risk population in our neighborhood, our city and towns, villages north and east of White Plains.
