WestCOP is looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing services and support in multiple functional areas of Human Resources. Your role as an HR Generalist will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, including organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies. You will work to ensure that all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You will also act as a point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal of the Generalist is to ensure that the HR Department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
